“I've
been asked many times if I've had lipo, my eyes done, a brow lift,
a face lift, or Botox. When I say I haven't and that it's possible
to dramatically slow and even reverse the aging process through
natural means, many didn’t believe me.
I am frequently thought to be in
my late 20's or early 30s rather than my real age of 40s because
of these valuable tips. Try them and believe it when you
see the results on yourself."
Stephen Petullo
Why do people
who've had a lot of cosmetic surgery, in an attempt to look
younger, instead usually look like an older person who's had
a lot of work done? For many, it’s
because they don't fully address how much of aging starts
internally. Also, most people simply aren’t aware of
effective, non-conventional methods to slow the aging
process; if it’s not mainstream or big news, they probably
haven’t heard of it or don’t have much faith in it.
I don’t blame
them; with so many products and techniques claimed by
marketers and advertisers to be the fountain of youth, it’s
difficult to know what really works.
I’ve
tested all of the 181 tips in this document, and the
majority of them go beyond the surface, such as what to
wear, or about quick fixes, like Botox.®
Instead, this
collection of valuable tips is about a holistic approach,
which means the importance of considering the whole being;
body, mind, and soul. This is the only way to achieve truly
lasting, healthy, natural looking results with no side
effects. With 181 Health and
Love Life Secrets you’ll be able to look and feel
your best naturally, with or without cosmetic surgery,
drugs, trainers, or gurus.
The History of 181 Health and Love Life Secrets E-Book
In the early
1990's, I began to experience severe digestive and
assimilation difficulties. I was unable to tolerate most
foods, had no appetite, experienced insomnia and depression,
and dropped from an already thin 155lbs. to a skeletal
125lbs. Seven different medical doctors over a period of
seven years could not pinpoint the cause of my health
problems or offer any relief.
I was forced to
take my health into my own hands. I succeeded after I made a
decision to take responsibility for my health and avoid
medications. In my opinion, true health cannot be found in a
prescription. I learned this the hard way after my health
issues became much worse after taking Acutane for acne.
Sometimes prescription drugs are needed, but there is often
a natural alternative, especially if you look for and
address the cause instead of the symptom. Only through a
truly healthy diet, pure water, exercise, cleansing,
empirical research, trial and error, and many helpful
experts in the field of holistic health, was I able to break
free of my health problems.
In my quest for
better health, I experimented and used my intuition to
determine whether a process or product was as good as
claimed. During this time, I became obsessed with health and
wellness. I learned about many methods, ideas, and
approaches, both related and unrelated to my conditions,
that may not be mainstream or traditional but that greatly
improve health with no side effects. As I became older
and healthier, more and more people commented that I looked
far younger than my age. I now believe that much of
aging is optional or can at least be delayed for a long
time.
I’ve never
followed any one expert over the years, but instead have
objectively read and tried the works of many respected
health and wellness specialists and kept what has worked.
Also, during my years as owner of a matchmaking service for
relationships, I interviewed thousands of people and was
always fascinated by those who looked far younger and
healthier than their real age. I’d always ask them what they
did (or didn't do) to look so
good and took notes. I did the same when I was a
stylist in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, CA.
I acknowledge
that I am not perfect; sometimes I drink beer, tequila (not
shots), or vodka, and very occasionally, when I’m not
driving, I may over-indulge. But since this doesn’t happen
often, my body is given a chance to recuperate and recover
from any harm.
I also love the
sun and when it’s warm enough, I like to soak it up by the
pool or on the beach. But I always use sunscreen and wear a
hat and I’ve not tanned my face since I was 22 years old.
By the way, my
genetics did not give me my 29 inch waist or toned and
muscular body. In fact, my natural build is that of skinny
limbs and a slight pot-belly. My body today is the result
of a relatively careful diet, exercise, the tips in this
e-book, and the will to be my best.
Many still
search for a magic pill or a quick fix to look young and
sexy. In most cases, you can’t get something for nothing and
this absolutely applies to looking and feeling your best.
Yes, “good genes” can help, but they alone will not be
enough for the long run. You must work for it, and you’ll be
glad you did. This e-book will help you create an
effective routine of good habits that fit into your
lifestyle. The bonus audio will give you the inspiration
and motivation you need to stay on track.
We can’t
completely avoid aging (yet). Someone who is 60 will never
look 20 again, and someone who is 20 will eventually show
signs of aging. But a 60 year-old could look very hot for
their age, and a 20 year-old can avoid many of the signs of aging, if they both do what works and avoid what doesn’t,
starting today.
Sincerely,
Stephen Petullo
