My name is Paweena Nakha, living and working in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I’m writing you this to thank you for putting your knowledge into a book, and to let you know how grateful I feel for the wisdom I have been cultivating from your book.

After having been a hot-tempered, angry, jealous, self-centered and unhappy person for most of my life, I started to feel fed up with who I was and began searching for the meaning and reasons of my existence in order to get over my sufferings and pains. With an open mind and a hungry soul, I read a lot of books in various topics in both Thai and English, and talked to a lot of people (both interesting and boring, both smart and less smart, both Thais and foreigners) in order to enlarge my view and to see what other people think. I also meditated by myself with an attempt to peel off my ego to understand who I was. Little by little, life started to make sense to me and I started to feel happy with myself, but not completely.

Two years ago my life was in crisis. Its every aspect seemed to turn its back against me; family, a partner, friends. On every page, there are many highlighted quotes in several colors and notes in my messy handwriting. On a separate notebook, I summarized the knowledge I gained and how that knowledge could be adapted to my situations.

I’m going to be brutally honest with you. The knowledge in your book has saved my life and made me become a very beautifully happy new person. It has unclouded my perspectives and eventually made me understand my life and other people’s lives in a way that it had never been before. Everything, I mean everything, has made sense to me.

I realized that through those hard times I was in the process of breaking-through and the Universe handed your knowledge to help me transform into a beautiful butterfly who has learned to unconditionally love herself and others.
