Acupressure Facelift

This simple practice is something Stephen developed based on the concepts of acupressure and facial exercises for toning.

Stephen will show you the 20 acupressure points on the face and how to do a treatment. He also will give you a diagram of the points with directions to take home with you. 

After one week of daily self-treatments, you will begin to notice your face feeling more firm, and after two weeks you should notice that you look more refreshed. You may focus more on a problem area to achieve more change in that area.

A full face session lasts from 15-25 minutes, and can be done in front of the TV, as you fall asleep at night or wake up in the morning, or at any time of day when you relax.
