1st
Chakra-Root-Red: Adrenals, spinal column, kidneys Physical senses,
manifesting, learn to initiate instead of just react, try new things become sensitive to
other’s feelings, living in the present moment, how you create.
2nd Chakra-Spleen-Orange:
Gonads, reproductive system Creativity, how you relate to people, relationship with
other’s - do you seek validation?
3rd Chakra-Solar
Plexus-Yellow: Pancreas, stomach, liver, gall bladder, nervous system Ego and
power center, self confidence, ambition, being your own authority, using power
effectively, learning to link the soul self with the ego.
4th Chakra-Heart-pink/green: Thymus, heart, blood, circulatory system Love, trust,
faith, self belief, attachment/detachment, the need to feel secure, validated, and loved,
learn to go inward to fill the gap instead of turning to others, trusting the universe and
yourself, self esteem, are you letting love in?
5th Chakra-Throat-Sky
Blue: Thyroid, bronchial and vocal apparatus, lungs, alimentary canal
Expression of self through voice and mind. Ideals, philosophy, psychology, expression of
self openly or repressed, are you focusing your mind on the past, present, future, or NOW?
6th Chakra-Third
Eye-Indigo: Pituitary, lower brain, left eye, ears, nose, nervous system
Intuition, visions, symbols, how do you respond to your intuition- with trust (heart
chakra link), by acting on your insights (root chakra link), by expressing yourself with
your voice (throat chakra link), by believing it with your rational mind (solar plexus
chakra link)? Psychic abilities, awareness of your guides, ability to think
abstractly.
7th Chakra-Crown-Violet: Pineal,
upper brain, right eye Ability to receive light, connection to your higher self,
astral travel, and imagination.
